Video-call presence audits
You are excellent in the meeting. The webcam makes you look like you are hiding in a cave.
Bad lighting, a laptop pointed up your nose, a window blowing out behind you. None of it is your fault, and all of it is fixable in twenty minutes. I get on a call, see exactly what your colleagues see, and we sort it together with the kit you already own.
You. On air.

Drag the slider
Same person. Same room. Same camera. Five changes.
On the left is the call you are on right now. On the right is the same call after twenty minutes with me. Drag the handle across, or focus it and use the arrow keys.

What we change
Five things, and only five. The ones that actually matter.
Most advice online sends you shopping. You almost never need to. Nearly every bad call comes down to these five, and four of them cost nothing.
-
01
Light from the front
The single biggest change. Face the window or a lamp instead of sitting in front of it, and the camera stops guessing. No softbox needed, though I will tell you if one is worth it.
-
02
Camera to eye level
A laptop on the desk shoots up your nose and the ceiling. A stack of books or a stand puts the lens where a person would be, and you look at people instead of down at them.
-
03
Frame on the thirds
Eyes on the upper third of the frame, a little space above your head, shoulders in view. It is the difference between a passport photo and a presence.
-
04
Sound that carries
People forgive a soft picture. They will not forgive a voice they have to strain to hear. We sort echo, the right mic, and the input level so you land clearly every time.
-
05
A background that helps
Not a fake beach. A real, tidy depth behind you that says you have your act together, with the clutter and the open door dealt with. Subtle, on brand, and yours.
How it works
Twenty minutes, one call, and you never think about it again.
No homework, no shopping list to buy before we start. You join the call exactly as you are, on the kit you use every day. That is the whole point.

1
You hop on a call, as you are
Same laptop, same room, same lighting you have right now. I see precisely what your team sees in every meeting. That is the diagnosis, and it takes about five minutes.
-
2
We fix it live, together
We move the camera, turn you towards the light, reframe the shot, sort the sound and tidy what is behind you. You watch your own picture transform in real time, so you know exactly how to get it back.
-
3
You keep a one-page set-up card
A short, plain-English summary of your new set-up and the few clicks that switch it on. Pin it by your desk and you are camera-ready in seconds, on any call, forever.

Who is behind this
I have spent forty years making people and brands look the part.
I am Kenn Jordan. I have run rooms, productions and brands for the likes of Disney, Virgin and PlayStation, and these days I produce a weekly podcast from my own studio in Wexford. I have sat through enough rough video calls to know, within a few seconds, exactly what is letting yours down.
This is not about expensive gear or pretending to be someone you are not. It is about small, decisive changes that make you look like the capable person you already are. You will be surprised how little it takes.
